SPACE MAINTAINER given in a 8-year old girl for premature removal of milk tooth.
Baby teeth are supposed to fall out, but sometimes a child may lose a tooth before their adult teeth are ready to grow in either na use of trauma or cavities.
In such a case, dentists can place devices called space maintainers in your child’s mouth to ensure that their adult teeth will grow in properly.
If your child has lost a tooth prematurely, schedule a visit for your child with a dentist now.
