πŸŒ€ 5 Sciatica Exercises for Pain Relief πŸŒ€
Sciatica is a type of low back pain that radiates into the buttocks, hips, and down the leg to the foot. Regular, gentle exercises can help relieve the discomfort. Here are 5 effective exercises:
1️⃣ Sciatic Nerve Floss:
- Sit on a chair in a slouched position.
- Extend one knee and look up, then lower your leg and bend your neck down.
- Repeat 10 times, 3x/day.
2️⃣ Cat & Cow Stretch:
- Start on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
- Arch your back gently as you exhale, then round it as you inhale.
- Perform 10 slow repetitions.
3️⃣ Lying Figure-4 Stretch:
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat.
- Cross your ankle over the opposite knee, pull your thigh towards your chest, and hold for 20–30 seconds.
