Ek patient aayi thi sirf 22 saal ki, newly married. Pehle doctor ne bas itna kaha, ‘PCOS hai, pregnancy mushkil hogi,’ aur baat wahi khatam ho gayi. Na koi solution, na koi guidance, na koi next step… sirf ek sentence, aur uske saath woh ghar le gayi ek darr aur confusion.

6 mahine baad woh mujhse mili. Is baar humne cheezein alag tareeke se ki. Humne milkar kaam kiya lifestyle improve kiya, proper medication follow ki, aur regular monitoring rakhi. Dheere dheere, patience ke saath, ek process follow kiya.

Aur 14 mahine baad woh naturally maa bani. 🤍

PCOS sirf ek diagnosis hai, yeh aapki zindagi ka final decision nahi hota. Iska matlab sirf itna hai ki aapke body ko thodi si extra support chahiye… aur jab sahi doctor mil jata hai, toh woh support mil bhi jata hai.

Fertility issue ka matlab sirf female problem nahi hota.

Mere clinic mein aane wale har 10 couples mein se lagbhag 4–5 cases mein problem male side par hoti hai.
Phir bhi aksar saalon tak sirf wife ke tests hote rehte hain.

Recently ek couple aaya jahan 3 saal tak sirf wife ki reports banti rahi
husband ka ek bhi test nahi hua.

Jab maine first consultation mein s***m test karwaya,
result mein low count aur low motility aayi.

Problem wahan thi…
jahan kisi ne dekha hi nahi tha.

Aur is chakkar mein 3 saal unnecessarily waste ho gaye.

Pregnancy sirf ek partner ki responsibility nahi hoti.
Diagnosis bhi dono ka saath mein hona chahiye.

Jitni jaldi right test aur right direction mil jaati hai,
utni jaldi pregnancy ke chances improve ho sakte hain.
