Abrinnda Homoeopathic CARE EXCELLENCE IN HOMOEOPATHY Any system of medical practice takes its origin in a set of assumptions about health and disease.

Homoeopathy which is a set of rules governing the administration of drugs to sick people, proceeds from the assumptions that what is called the disease process represents the particular form of organisms reaction to a harmful stimulus in his external or internal environment, i.e., an attempt to reestablish a state of health. Homoeopathic physicians characterized this reactive power within the individual as a body’s defense capacity or natural power of recovery. The first and foremost aim of physician is to stimulate the body’s own defense mechanism, and the curative medicine is the one which supports the organism’s inherent but at times undeveloped and in choate healing effort. The homoeopathic system of medicine enables the physician to give systemic support to this self healing effort of the organism. Homoeopathy was founded by Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843), who was born in Meissen, Saxony, and the gifted son of poor but educated parents. After completing his education he started on a carrier as a physician but became progressively more disillusioned with what he had learned. Finally he renounced medicine all together and for some years made a living by translating works on chemistry and other subjects from English, French, and Italian, to support a large and rapidly growing family. While translating William Cullen’s material medica he made a discovery that was to completely change and redirect his life. Dissatisfied with Cullen’s explanation of how Peruvian bark (quinine) acts to cure malaria. Hahnemann decided to test the substance on himself and observe its effect. he found that he was developing the symptoms of malaria: chills,drowsiness,heart palpitations,trembling,prostration through all the limbs, pulsation in the head, redness of the cheeks,thirst,rigidity of joints etc.This discovery acted as a catalyst to his medical thinking and gave birth to the science of homoeopathy. If quinine (china) which caused the symptoms of malaria in healthy person, could cure malaria, this signified that it acted as a similar medicine, curing the sick by virtue of its ability to produce the same symptoms in the healthy. After repeating the same experiment with other substances, Hahnemann generalized the observation into the “law of similar,” i.e. that all substances –animal, vegetable, and mineral-cure their similar conditions. Hence the name homoeopathy from the Greek,”homoios pathos,” meaning similar “disease.”

HOW TO HAVE SOUND MENTAL HEALTH

We as individuals should always have a sound mental health. This can be done in many ways:

1. Stay positive as much as you can. Focus on the good things that have happened to you. Read positive quotations and spend time around positive people.

2. Always have all your meals properly as it will keep your energetic and motivated the whole day and so there will be no place for any negativity. Keep yourself hydrated always.

3. Keep exercising regularly which will maintain the activity of your body.

4. Communicate, with anybody who you are comfortable with, freely without any fear of being judged. Talking your feelings out will help you a lot in maintaining your mental health. Join any friends group nearby and keep communicating with them and planning get togethers.

5. Always take breaks after regular intervals so as to be refreshed always. Do something that you love to do and it can be anything. Listen to music.

6. Maintain a proper balance between your work time and relaxation. Make time for things that you love.

7. Notice what makes you sad, angry or frustrated and then try to stay away from them as much as possible.

दसवीं की परीक्षा आज समाप्त हो गई है। उन छात्रों को जो सीबीएसई बोर्ड से दसवीं की परीक्षा दे चुके हैं, उनको बहुत-बहुत बधाई हो।
दसवीं की परीक्षा के बाद आप सब पढ़ाई के दूसरे चरण में जा रहे हैं जो बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है जिसमें आपको बहुत सारे सब्जेक्ट्स में से कुछ सब्जेक्ट का चुनाव करना होगा ।
ज्यादातर सभी छात्र वह सब्जेक्ट चुनते हैं वह विषय लेते हैं जिनमें उनकी परसेंटेज दसवीं में ज्यादा रही हो ।
या उनके ऊपर पीयर प्रेशर बहुत रहता है। या कुछ छात्र इस तरीके से विषय चुनते हैं उनको पसंद कुछ और होता है लेकिन उनके मां-बाप उनको किसी और विषय में आगे 11वीं 12वीं और अपने करियर को बढ़ाने के लिए जबरदस्ती करते हैं।
तो दोस्तों सबसे पहले आज सिर्फ एक ही बात कहना चाहूंगी मैं कि आप विषय आगे वही चुने न जिन विषयों को पढ़कर आपको मजा आता है , जिनको पढ़कर आप बोर नहीं होते हो ,आपको भार महसूस नहीं होता है ।बेशक उन विषयों में आपके नंबर थोड़े से कम आते होंगे ।अगर उसमें नंबर कम आते हैं इसकी वजह से उन विषयों को छोड़ो मत। अगर आपको उन विषयों में बहुत मजा आता है, कभी टेंशन नहीं होती उनको पढ़ते हुए कभी बोर महसूस नहीं करते ,कभी भार महसूस नहीं करते तो उन्हीं विषयों को आगे बढ़ाएं ।कृपया पीयर प्रेशर में, मां बाप के दबाव में ,दोस्तों की वजह से, इस सोसाइटी की वजह से ,अपने आने वाली जिंदगी में विषयों को नहीं चुनें।जो आपको पसंद है उसी विषय को चुने ।

JUNK FOOD:-
The optimal time of day to have junk food is in the morning as our body gets enough time to digest it.
Junk food is always low in its nutritional value, so it should be avoided.
FRIED FOOD:-
Fried foods are high in fat, so take longer to digest than carbohydrates and protein. It should be avoided as a bedtime snack. Digestion of heavy, greasy foods before bed can shift the body's focus away from sleep and cause sleep disturbances.
Fried food comes in both high-nutrition and low-nutrition options, so it is upon us as to what we choose.

Thus, we can conclude that:-

Both junk food and fried food should be consumed in the morning.
If preference is to be considered, then we should prefer fried food over junk food.
