A 89 y gentleman with history of smoking and HTN presented with AOE III since 25 days.2D echo s/o CAD /RWMA AW/ALW/APEX with LVEF 42 % with concentric LVH. Based on long severe calcified lesion ROTA assisted PCI to LAD done.
