19th April 2026 was not just any ordinary day, it was not just our founder's birthday, it was the 50th anniversary of our institute.
It is the celebration of countless dreams, be it just a dream of a housemaker of being able to cook good food at home for her family or a dream of cooking or baking at profesional levels.
Thousands of students all across, not just in Jaipur, or Rajasthan, or in India, but across the globe have experienced the magic of our founder and her wonderful and sensitive way of teaching - the way of living a larger life through cooking that leaves a permanent mark in ones heart.

We wish our founder and the Boss Lady- Bela Saksena a very Happy Birthday and congratulate her on a super journey of completing 50 years of her heart and soul, .

We wish her all the best for the many more years to come.
