Taking care of yourself after childbirth is just as important as taking care of your little one. Here’s a gentle reminder for all new moms:

📝 Your Postpartum Self-Care Checklist:

1️⃣ Hydration & Nutrition:

Drink plenty of water.

Eat balanced meals rich in fiber, protein, and good fats.

Snack smart—fruits, nuts, and seeds are great!

2️⃣ Rest & Recovery:

Nap when your baby naps (even if it’s just for 15 minutes).

Create a cozy space to relax.

3️⃣ Emotional Health:

Share your feelings with someone you trust.
