2️⃣ Are IVF pregnancies high-risk?
Not necessarily. With proper care, many IVF pregnancies are as safe as natural ones.

3️⃣ Can IVF be successful with PCOS?
Yes. PCOS patients often respond well to IVF with the right protocol.

4️⃣ Can IVF be done after 42?

There’s no fixed limit. It depends on medical condition and doctor’s advice.

If you are relying on a home pregnancy test, correct usage is key to avoiding misleading results.

Always test using the first morning urine and limit fluid intake beforehand. A strong positive result is usually reliable, while a faint line should be reassessed after 48 hours.

If there is any doubt, consult your gynaecologist and opt for a Beta HCG blood test for accurate confirmation.

I was deeply honoured to be invited as a speaker at BNI Coral on the occasion of Women’s Day, sharing the stage with some of the most inspiring and accomplished women entrepreneurs of Jaipur.

Moments like these are always special because they allow you to pause and reflect on the journey — a journey that began with my work as an IVF specialist, helping couples experience the miracle of life, and later expanded into cosmetic gynecology, supporting women in reclaiming confidence in their own bodies.

Over time, my work naturally evolved into the field of longevity medicine — an area that focuses not just on treating illness, but on helping people live healthier, stronger and longer lives with dignity and vitality.

Through every stage of my medical journey, one belief has remained constant: healthcare is not only about curing disease; it is about empowering people with knowledge, care and compassion so they can truly thrive.

Being in a room filled with women who are building businesses, leading communities and shaping the future was incredibly inspiring. It was a reminder that when women share their journeys openly, they create pathways for many others to follow.

A heartfelt thank you to Chetna for the warm invitation and for creating such a wonderful platform where women can connect, learn and uplift each other.

Grateful for the opportunity to share, listen and grow together.

Crushing Disprin for pimples? 🚫
Dermatologist says BIG NO!

A viral hack suggests crushing a Disprin tablet, mixing it with rose water, and applying it to pimples. But this is not safe for your skin.

Dr. Anviti explain that Disprin contains Aspirin (acetyl salicylic acid), but it is not the same as pure salicylic acid used in skincare. When you crush the tablet and apply it directly to the skin, the pH and concentration become unbalanced.

This can lead to:
• Chemical burns
• Irritation
• Post-inflammatory pigmentation

Instead, choose dermatologically formulated products containing Salicylic Acid such as serums, face washes, or acne treatments that target the root cause of acne safely.

Skip viral hacks. Trust science-backed skincare. 👩‍⚕️✨

A viral trend suggests making Vitamin C serum at home using orange peel — but is it actually safe for your skin?

In this reel, Dr. Anviti explains why this DIY method may not work the way you think. In the viral video, the orange peel is first dried and then soaked. During this process, the Vitamin C present in the peel can degrade and lose its effectiveness.

The Vitamin C used in dermatologically formulated serums is L-Ascorbic Acid, which is carefully stabilised and maintained at a pH of 3–3.5 for proper absorption and safety.

When you prepare something at home using orange peel, the exact concentration of Vitamin C is unknown, which may lead to unwanted skin reactions such as:
• Skin irritation
• Burns
• Pigmentation
• Rashes

Vitamin C is an excellent ingredient for skin brightening and antioxidant protection, but it should always be used in properly formulated products from trusted brands rather than homemade remedies.

Post-Holi Skincare Done Right ✨
Don’t damage your skin while removing colours.

Holi colours can weaken your skin barrier — but harsh aftercare can make it worse.

Here’s what Dr. Anviti recommends:
• Avoid bathing with warm water to remove colours
• Do not use physical or body scrubs
• Pause active ingredients like retinol & vitamin C for a few days
• Focus on hydration, moisturising & daily sunscreen

Protect your skin first. Glow later.
