After completing her post graduation in Philosophy, wanted to help people for there health & fitness issues, which provoked her to complete Diploma in Yoga Education from kaivalyadham, Lonavala and a short term course from late Shri. Iyengar, Pune. Her desire of learning new things lured her to continue her studies and she completed her certificate in exercises nutrition from Precision Nutrition Canada and bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Rajasthan University of Health and Sciences and perusing TTP( teachers training programme) from Himalayan Yoga Tradition, Rishikesh. She conduct sessions on stress management, posture correction, office exercises, yoga and various health and fitness related topics to many of the renowned corporates in the city of Jaipur.
