🌿*“The secret of mind is to be positive and you can achieve anything!”*🏆
After exploring the power of thoughts on Day 1, Day 2 of ENLIGHTENMENT 9.0 gently turned the lens inward, from what we think to how we observe. 👀
❝What happens when we stop reacting… and start becoming aware?❞
Day–2 unfolded through an insightful and calming session on *“Secrets of Mind” by Dr. Himanshu Goyal* _(MBBS Doctor, Motivational Speaker)_. The was very patient, reflective, and deeply grounding, inviting each participant to pause and look within. 🌻
The session began with self-analysis and self-realisation, helping us recognise that much of our stress doesn’t come from situations, it comes from our responses to them. 🤔
This highlighted how perception often becomes our reality, even when it has little to do with the actual truth; shaped by comparison, expectations, and borrowed opinions. 👐
Dr. Himanshu Goyal further explained how meditation balances both hemispheres of our brain, allowing thoughts and emotions to work in sync.
Some practical reminders shared during the session:
• Avoid screens immediately after waking up and before sleeping
• Practice awareness before response
• Compare less, grow more
• Use positive and kind self-talk
Hello made us realise that thought awareness is not optional, it’s essential.
🧘 The session concluded with meditation, allowing everyone to experience silence and stillness, not as an escape, but as a reset.
With so much calmness and thoughtfulness day-2 felt like a quiet conversation with oneself.
