Let’s talk about one of the most underrated yet powerful hormones in your body — **INSULIN** 💉

What is insulin?
Insulin is a hormone produced by your pancreas.
Its main job?
To help move glucose (sugar) from your bloodstream into your cells — so your body can use it for **energy** ⚡
