April 7 is observed as World Health Day. It marks the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1948. Every year, the World Health Day is observed to draw public attention towards a specific health related topic. The theme of World Health Day 2022 is "Our Planet, Our Health" so our students have prepared posters illustrating their message for the theme and also expressed their views through a speech competition at SBBSIN 👩🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️

World Cancer Day is an international day marked on 4 February to raise awareness of cancer and to encourage its prevention, detection, and treatment. The primary goal of World Cancer Day is to significantly reduce illness and death caused by cancer and is an opportunity to rally the international community to end the injustice of preventable suffering from cancer 🌸

On the occasion of National Girl Child day SBBSIN organised a poster making competition in which students from Bsc & Gnm Nursing participated and students shared their views on it.. Later on the best among them were chosen by the judges and were honoured with trophies for their wonderful art work and thoughts ❤️

The National Girl Child Day is meant to create awareness about the rights a girl owns and to give them opportunities like everyone else, and to support the girl child of the nation and remove gender-based biases.
It also calls for promoting awareness about the inequalities that a girl child faces and educate people about girl’s education.
The main focus is on changing society’s attitude towards girls, decrease female feticide and create awareness 👩🏻‍⚕️🌸😇
