The 60-Second Body Check Nobody Taught You
You check your phone 100 times a day.

1. Mirror check (10 sec):
Gums pink or red? Tongue coated or clean?
2. Energy check (10 sec):
Woke up rested, or feel like you didn't sleep at all?
3. Breathing check (10 sec):
Breathing through your nose right now, or mouth slightly open?
4. Pain check (10 sec):
Any dull ache, stiffness, or discomfort you've been "living with"?
5. Mood check (10 sec):
Calm and clear, or anxious and foggy before the day even starts?
6. Digestion check (10 sec):
Stomach feels light, or bloated and heavy?
That's it. 60 seconds.
You're not diagnosing anything.
You're just noticing.
