Make your festive snacking both healthy and flavorful with this Makhana Bhel — a crunchy, tangy, and wholesome mix of roasted fox nuts, fresh veggies, and herbs. It’s the perfect way to munch guilt-free during celebrations!

Ingredients:

Roasted makhana (fox nuts) – 1 cup

Chopped onion – 1 small

Chopped tomato – 1 small (deseeded)

Chopped cucumber – ½ small

Green chili – 1 finely chopped (optional)

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon

Roasted cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon

Black salt / rock salt – as per taste

Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
