Quick Indian Salad Recipe for Weight Loss
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, red onion, and boiled chickpeas.
Add the chopped coriander leaves.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt, olive oil (if using), and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
