Patient: 26/M.
Patient is suffering under unbearable Upper Back Stiffness, accompanied by Tightness as well as Weakness within Trapezius muscle, alongwith Numbness sensation radiating down the Arm.
The Routine PT Treatment was done under:
•Upper Back & Shoulder Cup Fixing.
•Activating Trapezius muscle.
At Last, Dry Needling was performed over Trapezius to Release Trigger Points.
Alongwith Nerve Flossing Exercises.
