METHODOLOGY-workout at fitness fast is unique due to fact that it is totally customized and designed uniquely. Our workout consists of YOGA, AEROBICS, PILATES, STRETCHING, POWER YOGA & CARDIO VASCULAR EXERCISE. It is totally designed according to the nature of fat, your age, & intensity of exercise is based on one’s age. In case someone has some physical problem or some pain like cervical spasm, lumber spasm, any type of back pain & knee joint pain , we design the workout program in such a way that the is reduced and simultaneously the pain also reduced or cured.
