We run aerobics and fitness center that caters to only women and provide services such as Aerobics, Kathak, Yoga, Bokwa and other dance forms. WOMEN ALIVE is an AEROBICS andKATHAK DANCE training centre for WOMEN of today.It is a place where you can RECONNECT with your OLD lost SELF and BLOOM to glory. It will REJUVENATE you and RESURRECT your slothful BODY to DANCE to tunes of music and gift you with a fabulous body and teeming spirit.It will awaken your senses and you will fall in love with yourself once again.Your faltering confidence will be back,your flab will melt like snow and you shall be fitter,healthier and happier in mind,body and spirit.
