Pertinent to mentioned that all over India there are 6 CRC but in our state we have Two. Our long pending demand for the implementation of NATIONAL TRUST ACT.1999 in J&K State is going to fulfill,for this Act. we have send 192 mails to CM & Kumari Sailja MSJE. and we have also filed a petition in Legislative Council of J&K State & result The Act is drafted and cleared by the Dept. of Law Justice & Parliament Affair & now in Dept.
