Pertinent to mentioned that all over India there are 6 CRC but in our state we have Two. Our long pending demand for the implementation of NATIONAL TRUST ACT.1999 in J&K State is going to fulfill,for this Act. we have send 192 mails to CM & Kumari Sailja MSJE. and we have also filed a petition in Legislative Council of J&K State & result The Act is drafted and cleared by the Dept. of Law Justice & Parliament Affair & now in Dept. Indian Railways has announced a welcome news for differently-abled passengers. The Railway Ministry has approved reservation for differently-abled passengers in trains, so that they can book seats in advance. This decision will benefit differently-abled passengers in all reserved and mail trains including Rajdhani Express, Shatabdi Express, Vande Bharat Train, Humsafar and Duronto Express.

*Key Features:*

- 4 seats will be reserved in sleeper and 3rd AC coaches, 2 lower and 2 middle berths.

- Specially designed seats will be available in C1 and C7 coaches in 8-coach trains, with an additional seat for an assistant.

- Vande Bharat Express trains will have an attendant or helper to assist differently-abled passengers.

*Ticket Booking:*

- Online ticket booking is available for differently-abled passengers with a valid Unique Identity Card issued by the Railways.

- Passengers can also book tickets at the booking counters with a copy of their unique identity card and concession certificate.

This decision will provide relief to differently-abled passengers who, despite receiving concessions in train fares, faced difficulties due to non-availability of reserved seats.
