Pertinent to mentioned that all over India there are 6 CRC but in our state we have Two. Our long pending demand for the implementation of NATIONAL TRUST ACT.1999 in J&K State is going to fulfill,for this Act. we have send 192 mails to CM & Kumari Sailja MSJE. and we have also filed a petition in Legislative Council of J&K State & result The Act is drafted and cleared by the Dept. of Law Justice & Parliament Affair & now in Dept. We are writing to Commissioner Secy. Social welfare Department for two years to constitute the State Disability Advisory board, implement the provisions like create Disability Fund, constitute Advisory committee to assist CPWD and 25% more as per the provision of RPWD Act 2016 Pension for Disabled persons but he did not reply. We request LG Sir and minister to take appropriate steps and resolve these issues.
