We have to improve EMS in real sense… not as formality… Mubai like city and top level ppl going hospital by an auto .. it is a failure for EMS services…. not giving importance to EMS services and following the SOP…where ppl aspect an ambulance within 8 minutes at list and believe that they will receive the quality care… we have to give EMS to the trained EMS ppl to operate … if we will keep doctors to manage EMS them EMS will never grow to the operational level because their training is little bit different then us and they will not able to totally justify our service the way we want to run … pls give the EMS to hands of EMS personnel and we will run the service where ppl will trust on us and utilize us sos ….the EMS personnel less then at list 2 years of training should not be put as medic in ambulance
