Awareness given regarding personal hygiene and role of ayush in maintaining overall wellness

Under the guidance of worthy Director AYUSH Dr. NUZHAT BASHIR and supervison of DAO Jammu Dr VANDANA DOGRA , An Awareness camp was organised by Dr HIMANI BHUTYAL Medical officer Ayush. As She was invited as Resource Person to deliver a Lecture at Government MAM P. G College , Vikram Chowk Jammu as part of Induction programme for the new academic session 2025. -2026
A living momento was also presented by Mrs Ruth K Masehi HOD department of English and NSS convener to Dr Himani Bhutyal . Skit was presented by college students on Anti raging .Following activities were done-

Under the guidance of Worthy Director Ayush Dr Nuzhat Bashir Shah and under the direction and supervision of District Ayush officer ,Jammu Dr Vandana Dogra ji, a health check -up and awareness camp along with distribution of Ayush immunity boosters and medicines was organised by Ayush team including Dr Harpreet kaur, Dr Bhawani Sharma Dr Arun kumar Sharma,Sh Naresh Sharma & Sh Raman Sharma today on 18.8.25 at Army Public school, Miran. *Celebration of 79th independence day at District Ayush Office Jammu.*

Under the guidance of worthy Director AYUSH J&K UT Dr Nuzhat Bashir Shah and able supervision of District Ayush Officer Jammu Dr Vandana Dogra ji *79th independence day was celebrated at District Ayush Office Jammu with patriotic fervour and gaitey. The function started by hoisting national flag by District Ayush officer Dr Vandana Dogra ji. Medical Officers of Jammu District also participated in the event. After hoisting the Tiranga National anthem was sung by the all officers/Officials present at District Ayush Office Jammu* . Speaking on the occasion Dr Vandana Dogra ji said that this is the day to pay tribute to the people who made sacrifices and struggled for India's independence. She also exhorted the Medical Officers to work for Viksit Bharat by 2047.The function ended with distribution of sweets among the participants.

Tiranga Rally 2025* .

Under the directions and able guidance of *Worthy District Development Commissioner Jammu Dr Rakesh Minhas I.A.S , District Ayush Officer Jammu Dr. Vandana Dogra alongwith staff participated in Tiranga Rally organized by District Administration** . Tiranga Rally started from PHQ,Gulshan Ground Jammu and culminated at Hari Singh Park, Jammu. *District Ayush Officer alongwith staff also took the pledge administered by Hon'ble M.L.As and Worthy Deputy Commissioner Jammu .* District Ayush Officer also participated in Plantation drive conducted at Hari Singh Park.

Under the guidance of worthy Director AYUSH Dr. NUZHAT BASHIR Mam and supervison of DAO Jammu Dr VANDANA DOGRA mam, Free Medical Aid Ayush camp was organised at “ The Grand Majestic “ Mishriwala by Ayush team lead by Dr. HIMANI BHUTYAL ( incharge camp), Dr SUSHIL BHAT , Dr. PARAMJEET PURI (Medical officers), Mr. VIJAY BHAT (pharmacist) and Mr. AKHILESH ( MTS). Camp was organised on closing ceremony of Sanskrit Maas 2025 in collaboration with Shri Kailakh Jyotish & Vedic Sansthan Trust to promote Sanskrit in the presence of Hon’ble MLA Jammu North Sh Sham Lal Sharma Ji, Hon’ble MLA Marh Sh Surinder Bhagat Ji, Shri Suresh Sharma Ji (Former Judge & Board Member, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board), Prof. R.D. Sharma Ji (Former Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu), Shri Shakti Pathak Ji (Chief Trustee, Chudamani Sanskrit Sansthan), Miss Devyani Rana and Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji (President, Kailakh Trust).
Following activities were done in ayush camp
1) Free Health check up
2) Disease specific Medicines distribution
3)Distribution of IEC material.
