Under the guidance of worthy Director Ayush J&K UT Dr.AJAY TICKOO sir and able supervision of Assistant Director Jammu Dr. RAKESH RAINA sir , an “Awareness camp on Drug Deaddiction and Mental health ’ was organised at “COMMERCE COLLEGE” Canal Road Jammu by Dr. HIMANI BHUTYAL ( M.O).where Medical officer was invited as Resource Person for inaugural function of 7 days NSS Camp in presence of Principal .During the camp activities done were 1. lecture delivered by Dr Himani Bhutyal regarding “Stress and role of Yoga in promoting physical,mental and social well being” . 2. IEC material was distributed . 3. de addiction Pledge was taken Ayush team was felicitated by the Principal Dr. SUNIL GUPTA .

Nasha mukt bharat abhiyan

Under the guidance of worthy Director Ayush J &K Dr. Ajay Kumar Tikoo and supervision of respected Assistant Director Ayush/DAO Jammu Dr.Rakesh Raina , Health awareness and Ayush camp was organised today on 06-05-26 by the staff AAM Kothey kalyana at Govt. High School Kalyana under the theme NASHA MUKT BHARAT ABHIYAN in which following activities were done :-
1. Awareness lecture is given regarding harmful effects of substance abuse on physical and mental health.
2. Social and economic consequences of drug addiction.
3. Preventive measures and healthy lifestyle practices.
4. Awareness regarding role of Ayurveda and Yoga for physical & Mental health well being and in de-addiction .
Pledge was also taken.

Activities carried out :-

1) Awareness lecture delivered on Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyann and pledge also taken.

2)Speech competition on NMB.

3) Slogan Competition on NMB.

4) Quick quiz test also organized.

5) Rally on NMB (5/5/26)

6) Winding up with situational skit on NMB.

Higher secondary school Domana by Dr. Jatinder kumar (I/C) AAM Domana , Dr Himani Bhutyl Medical officer, Dr sandeep Bhagat Medical officer and yoga instructor,s jyoti Bali and Rashi sharma . Yoga asanas were demonstrated by Yoga
instructors.
PLEDGE by Dr . Himani Bhutyal was taken by staff and student,s of school under Nasha mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

The stall was installed on Celebration of “Jammu & Kashmir Cultural Festival 2026 “.where chief Guest was HON’BLE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOUR OF UT OF J&K SH. MANOJ SINHA .
