The triceps pushdown correct form :

❌Standing upright
Elbows flared
Using momentum

✔️Slightly bent
Elbows tucked
No rocking

The most common mistakes i see are:

❎This exercise people do not lock their elbows in place and flare them out because of this they end up engaging their lats, which makes this exercise a lot less effective for the triceps

☑️Instead, you should lock your elbows in place keeping them tucked and bend your torso slightly forward to get the full range of motion so that your triceps get worked properly💪

CABLE SHRUG

▶️The cable shrug is an exercise targeting the traps, as well as hitting the shoulders and upper back.
