A solid recommendations has been submitted by ASSAM STATE PHARMACY COUNCIL to PCI for some drastic changes need to be done in Pharmacy Profession.

Itz been a long time to see you all.

A great initiative taken by PCI ,they addressed officially that we have some members in State Pharmacy Council with non Pharmacy professional background , because to make understand them a great challenge for PCI apart from Public.

Now finally PCI declared officially that again the election for State President and vice president must have Pharmacy Professional.

But in some corner of India, Pharmacist didn't get recognition .
A very Noble Profession which is more Trustable in ABROAD .

Selling medicines online is not Permitted as per the Act. Dosage variation may cause death, tampering on way, storage and addiction issues can't be ruled out

Dr Montukumar Patel President PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA

He slammed the online pharmacy business terming it as illegal. "Selling medicines online is not permitted as per the Act. The Pharmacy Practice Regulation 2015 mandates patient counselling during first prescription. Nowhere in the world medicines are sold online. Only second cycle or refilling is allowed online. Dosage variation may cause death, tampering on way, storage and addiction issues can't be ruled out." Patel said

See the rights of Registered Pharmacist as per Laws ,but very unfortunate that in some part of india its not regulating effectively.
Guys laws can be made for public convenience so that there shouldn't be someone harm from medicine .

I told always
Self Medication and drug can be dispensed by non competent person hand can be fatal or poisonous for us.
