*Trikuta Group Of Colleges in association with Arogya Bharti Jammu ,J& k Celebrates International Day of Yoga 2025. All colleges under Shri Sain Charitable Trust for higher Education and Research participated.* Trikuta Group of Colleged in association with Arogya Bharti Jammu ,J & k Celebrates International Day of Yoga 2025 along with the other colleges of Shri Sain Charitable Trust for higher Education. “YOGA FOR ONE EARTH, ONE HEALTH” theme of this year’s IDY . Smt. Suman Sharma, Chairperson, Shri Sain Charitable Trust for Higher Education & Research, Jammu, Sh. Abhishek Sharma, State Organising Secretary Arogya Bharti, J&K inaugurated the program along with Mr Lokesh kumar Bali & Dr. Munish Sharma . Mrs Japna Sharma, Dr. Nitin Mahajan CEO of the Trust also graced the occasion. Students performed YOGA Asanas .Winners of Week long competition on Yoga were felicitated . Under the instructions of Mr lokesh kumar Bali ji, State Vice President Arogya Bharti J & k Students, Staff of all the colleges which were around 200 in number performed Yoga & he also highlighted Maharishi Patanjali’s Maha Bhashya and his greatness and meaning of Yoga.
