Today I had an interesting case.. 10 Months old child was referred to me for Echo for the Large Heart Shadow on Xray Chest... He also had been treated in Govt Medical college for Pneumonia in recent past... Child appears to be having subtle Breathlessness... Following are Echo Images.... Pt has Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM)... NO ALCAPA... NO CO-AORTA....

આજના ટાઇમ્સ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયામાં આખા પેજ(9th page) ની એડ સરકાર (NPCI- NATIONAL PAYMENT CORPORATION OF INDIA) તરફથી આપવામાં આવી છે...
રૂપે ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ યુપીઆઈ થી લીંક થઈ શકે છે ...પૈસા દેવાવાળાને કાંઈ જ એમાં નુકસાન નથી પૈસા લેવા વાળાને પણ એ દિવસે નુકસાન દેખાતું નથી પણ બીજા દિવસે બે ટકા (2%) રૂપિયા કપાઈ જાય છે (GST INCLUSIVE).... અને એ બે ટકા ચાર્જ કપાવવાનો મેસેજ પણ આવતો નથી. ...
