​But as a doctor, I see it every day—the "perfect time" is just a fancy word for procrastination. Health isn't built in a day; it’s built in the small, "imperfect" choices we make, like this morning walk.
​Even 10 minutes of movement today is a victory over the version of you that wanted to stay in bed.
