The one thing most important these days is tailor made, patient specific care. This patient a 92 year male with Co morbidities came with a neck femur fracture. Best option after weighing in all factors was a hemi replacement with short operative time. A posterior approach combined with AMP implant allowed us to complete it in very short time with minimum blood loss. Patient also started waking the next day without complications.
