According to the World Health Organisation, Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia and contributes to 60-70% of cases. Alzheimer's disease is a progressive brain disorder that affects memory, thinking and behaviour. These symptoms get worse over time and start to affect one's daily living and activities. It usually affects people over the age of 65 years.

Delighted and thankful to and and ma'am to give me an opportunity to educate the parents of preschool and class 1 and what a wonderful audience who asked so many questions related to food and got a fantastic review from the parents for the session.
Very rarely schools take initiative like this for the future youth to remain healthy.
Had an opportunity to meet the principal Mr panday and he has a vision and the mission to make a lot of changes in the health of the students.
Looking forward to more such awareness events.

How many of us read the label of foods we buy I come across so many clients saying that we don't consume sugar but when I take the recall diet in that I come to know how much sugar one is consuming in a day unknowingly.

The weekend started full of innovative recipes in Jamnagar and i am really honoured to be a part of this event thank you so much and for organising this wonderful event and she came all the way from bhavnagar,we had participants from porbandar,rajkot and so many places and a special thanks to and for having this event well organised with yummy food ,met old pals and and from BJP mahila morcha group and my co partner for judging ,had an amazing event and day 😁
