The newspapers bring out separate booklets about Engineering and other colleges in Gujarat and other states. I urge the press not to mislead the public for monetary gains. All the private institutions are sub-standard and white collar looters. Education in such colleges is worst and it is better to do some diploma and start gaining practical experience.

1. Consumers, be extra cautious, calculate everything and take two days extra to buy any product from CROMA, near Sacred Heart Church, Indira Gandhi Road, Jamnagar. 2. Salesmen are trained to talk, double talk, mislead and loot the customers systematically. 3. Example, you select a laptop, the salesman informs you of 3 benefits: (a). No cost EMI (b). 5% Cash discount on one-time payment (c) Free laptop bag. 3. The moment you decide to buy the salesman runs to the counter and opens one of their computers and informs you that the piece in stock is already sold. But they have another piece in their shop at Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Anand but there will be three casualties (a) The EMI will cost @ 15%, (b) No lumpsum discount. (c) No free bag (d) Advance payment for the laptop.
4. There were many customers on the counter who were puzzled and unable to understand the game plan.
5. Therefore, do your homework even before you enter Croma, take quotation and all details, come home calculate, inquire with other shops/friends and then buy for anywhere.
6. Or else there is 90% chance that you will be trapped.

While purchasing homes, many a times, we prefer buying from a builder of own community, thinking there would be fair dealing. But a recent views expressed by several was that community builders give more heart burns, take for a ride, don't deliver in time and quality. Instead it is more convenient while dealing outside the community. Look for reputation, professionalism, education and track record, rather then he speaks my language, be is related to my uncle, aunt, brother-in-law, sister, brother etc. etc.

RERA registration is compulsory for all the builders have ongoing projects, incomplete projects, project awaiting completion certificate and new projects. i urge upon all the customers to insist for the registration number before paying them the first installment. Remember, once you pay the builder will treat you like his servant and he will be ruthless. They still believe that their goons can control every situation and everyone.

She was the living example of man's atrocity and greatest example of total love, sacrifice and fellowship by the staff, management, doctors and everybody that was connected with KEM hospital, Mumbai who selflessly took care of her for 42 years. Greatest sign of humanity.

A woman was playing with 5 children aged between 4 to 8 years at 11.00 p.m. in a residential building with maximum noise. A doctor residing came down and calmly requested about the noise. The woman said it is vacation time. The doctor explained to the woman that it is dangerous to keep the small children awake, lead them to play then give them fast food, ice creams and cold drinks in the middle of the night. He told being a mother she was curtailing the life of the children, by leading their bodies to disease and premature death. She expressed understanding, but seemed reluctant to go away to home with the children, because she was not ready to compromise her ego even at the cost of the health of her children. Please suppress ego and put your children to bed by 9.00 p.m. Let them play the whole day for night is for sleep as per nature.

Attended the musical program "Gunj Uthi Sehnai" at town hall from 9.30 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. The singers, Anil Bajpai, Ms. Amruta Patil, Sonal Gadhvi, Paresh Vyas, Anand Madaam, Pravin Kumar were very good. The musicians were highly talended and composed music equivalent or on many instances better than the original compose. i also congratulate and thank the organizers for their efforts and monetary contributions to give us all a beautiful evening.
