VIPASYANA - what I can say is...

No..1..Unbelievable...

No..2...Don't ask my experience...

No..3... Experience Yourself as soon as possible...

I would say, Choose No 3 and you will follow no1 and no 2 automatically.

Case : - Chronic obstructive pulmonary

:

Breathlessness on walking, weakness, skin discoloration, no appetite since 3months

on steroid & inhaler since 2months but no improvement.

After Only 15days of all symptoms subsided. Steriod also stop, no inhaler needed.

After 1.5 months everything become normal.
