सिकरिया गांव के 46 वर्षीय व्यक्ति के आँख के ऊपर चोट लगने से उसके कॉर्निया के हिस्से पर घाव (Corneal ulcer) बन गया, जो कॉर्निया के 90 प्रतिशत हिस्से को खराब कर चुका था,जिसके चलते उसके इस आँख से कुछ भी दिखाई नही दे रहा था।उसके आंख की रोशनी लगभग जा चुकी थी।उसको मात्र 3 दिनों में नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ नेहा सिंह ने आधुनिक तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करते हुए फ्लोरोसिन डाई डालकर slitlamp biomicroscope के द्वारा घाव को standard treatment protocol से ठीक किया। जिसके उपरांत उस मरीज की आंखों में फिर से रोशनी वापस आ गई और आँख पहले जैसा हो गया।

A 16 yr old boy presented with pain below left ankle joint while standing and walking after having a jump from height. On X-ray two part fracture in the body of talus was present. Mild displacement at fracture site was present. He was managed operatively by Closed reduction and internal fixation with two CC Screw in the talus under Spinal anaesthesia.

A 40 yr old patient presented with pain and deformity of left forearm following trauma by fall. He was planned for ORIF with Plating. But he was managed operatively by Closed reduction and internal fixation with Intramedullary TENS Nailing under Brachial Anaesthesia due to some medical contraindication. Sugar tong slab was applied for 2 weeks.

A 25 year old male presented with pain and swelling in distal one-third region of left forearm. On imaging fracture of distal 1/3 rd radius with dislocation of distal radio ulnar joint was present. Case was managed operatively by Open Reduction and Internal Fixation with narrow locking low contact dynamic compression plate under Brachial Anaesthesia. DRUJ was stable so sugar tong POP slab was given.

12 yr old boy presented with deformity of forearm . Upon examination under C-Arm, it was both bone forearm fracture. It was then managed with Closed Reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nailing TENS. Minimal Invasive surgery with single suture closure was done. 2nd day post op with full range of movement of forearm.

A Case of Multinodular, hyperpigmented patch with hypoaesthesia in distal extremities. Some of nodules tender on palpation. After 2 weeks of treatment - No tenderness, most of nodules subsided and skin condition became good. Patient said to have increased sensation and power in distal extremities along with increased appetite.
