“You can defeat whatever comes your way,
Love has conquered all, and it will, like always!”
Counselling Service Team conducted the event “Express,” where the students could bring out their amazing talents and find a direct way to show their affection, care, and belonging.
Love is itself a feeling to be devoured, and when it takes the shape of touching poems, paintings, and videos, it becomes an eternal present for the person you care about the most.
We can feel the resolution it takes to pour everything you feel into masterpieces like these!
Here are some of the best entries which we received!

This Valentine's week, we got the chance to quiz students on their interests. , mostly romantic🥰. Life throws at us various options. It's up to us what we choose. And our choices build up our personality and the other person in our life. Don't regret your choices; they are what makes you. We announce the most matched entries from the “ This or That “ event.

This Valentine’s week has been an occasion for many to express their feelings anonymously for a few shy ones. In “Drop a Gem”, students have dedicated an emoji, the conversation symbol of this generation, to a few close to their hearts.
Through “ Pick up Lines” few have revealed their expertise and experiences in the art to woo someone. We are now announcing the notable entries! We don’t have winners, in particular; every participant is a winner for having the courage to speak up, though through a form 🥰.

WHO statistics show that one in every seven people suffers from mental health issues. More than 56 million Indians suffer from variations of mental health disorders. It is a serious concern that our mainstream discourse on mental health has fallen so low. Either people are not well aware of it, or they stigmatise it.

The World Health Organization designates October 10 each year as World Mental Health Day with the goal of giving everyone involved in the field of mental health as well as every citizen the chance to discuss what more needs to be done to make access to mental health care a reality for people all over the world.

On this day, the tenth of October, let us come together in destigmatizing mental illnesses and lend a hand to those who give up, feeling alone in fighting.

In 1987, the UNGA passed a resolution to observe 26 June as international day against drug abuse, to express its dedication in dampening the illicit drug usage and striving to achieve the goal of an internal society free of drug abuse.

With an ongoing pandemic, a stringent debate about climate and energy crisis and with the unfortunate food crisis in few parts of the world, we forgot and detested the need for a drug free habitat for the further generations to live in. To strive for an egalitarian, empathetic and equality engrossed society, free of nihilism, and full of hope, we need to bring in a conversation about drug abuse and its illegibly serious effects.

On this day, let us pledge to always strive for a drug free society, to witness a negative gradient in drug abuse, for the coming generations.
