This child (1yr/6kg) presented with recurrent abdominal pain, vomiting ,failure to thrive for 4 months. Serial ultrasounds showed multiple gall stones largest was 6mm. After ruling out helmolytic disorder laparoscopic cholecystectomy was done . Due to lack of space lap. surgery and anaesthesia are very challenging in small kids.
