🦷 Case: Faulty Restoration in Mandibular First Molar
This patient came with an old filling that had:

✔️ Marginal leakage
✔️ Secondary caries underneath
We used a caries disclosing dye to identify the infected area and carefully removed only the diseased dentin, preserving maximum natural tooth structure.
