In Bengaluru obesity is reaching epidemic proportions,with around 25% of city children between the age group of four to 12, suffering from obesity. And obesity continues to rise.

Its been known that Obesity is the mother of all diseases! And the main cause of it is the Trans fat contents in our Oil even though the Nutrition table says very less or zero trans fat during cooking / deep frying the refined oil releases trans fat as per the research done at NCBI.

Now what can be done to address this as the numbers are increasing as years passed on. We thought of going to the roots to know what kept our ancestors healthy.

Most of us today know that Junk foods aren’t good and avoid it and prefer home cooked food. when cooking food at home we can wash our veggies, fruits, cereals and what not but have you ever thought of your edible oil ?

Lets know that none of the oil seeds have 100 % oil in it then how can a liter of oil be lesser than the actual cost of kilogram of the seed. (ex a kg of sunflower seeds range from 350 to 700 INR but a liter of sunflower oil just costs you 95 to 110 INR)

Knowing that Oil was one important ingredient in every kitchen and checking its purity or genuity was a challenge for consumers we started to introduce ourselves as Dwarkamai Oil Mills promising Consumers the Fresh and Natural Wood Pressed Oils.

Here we do not store Oil, we extract oil only after getting order and then deliver to our customers directly from our Mills to their homes.
