Stimulate the marked point as shown in the picture for few minutes after that apply Fenugreek seeds (methi seeds) with the help of paper tape (surgical tape) keep it overnight for 5-6 hours.. do this treatment daily for few days till you get complete relief.. you can also do this in one hand aur if your comfortable you can apply on both the hands.
