All the Disease Manifestations of Metabolic syndrome/ Insulin Resistance/ obesity like PCOS, Hypertension; Diabetes , Subfertility , atherosclerotic Cardiac disease and stroke are majorly occurring bcz of poor sedentary lifestyle, addictions like alcohol & smoke, & unhealthy diet full of junks, refined sugars & preservatives. These diseases are preventable with routine exercise & choosing healthy plant based home made food without refined flours, sugars & preservatives. It is said that if “we eat our food as Medicine we dont have to eat medicines as our food” . But majority of people rather than opting for prevention of these disease by getting aware of its causes, land up subsequently into taking treatment (pills & surgery) of the ailments caused by our unawareness. So lemme know , What would be your choice, If you have to opt between the prevention & the treatment of these diseases ?

Late post: It was my pleasure indeed to be Invited for a faculty lecture on “Extracting the Large Uterus” and as a panelist on the topic of “Journey of a Laparoscopic Surgeon” at robotic & Endoscopic conference called “Just Hysterectomy” organized by Dr Priya Bhave madam & whole team of IAGE at Herheath hospital & Hotel Effotel by Sayaji, Bhopal, MP. Loved being a part of the live tele-robotic hysterectomies done ( from outside the hospital) by esteemed surgeons. Free OPD Health Check Up done by me as a gynecologist, & few doctors (physician, orthopaedic & Neurologist ) from Apollo hospital, Ahmedabad for the Underprivileged people in the periphery of Jodhpur, beautifully organized by Team Weatherbloom School, Banar Road in the presence of Chiefguest Hon. MLA Shri Babulal ji Rathore. Within 2 hour of this opd camp, I am glad that i could treat few labour class patients by medicines and operate a poor uterine prolapse patient at minimal charges. That patient called me up today to say thanks and this reminded me to put these pics as a wonderful memory. Indeed feeling Grateful to be of human help

IBL season 2 ( 3,4,5 jan 2025) a wonderful event for the doctors organized & hosted by IMA & team. 🏆🏸
Totally Cherished every moment of this tournament. Just one week before the tournament, I knew nothing about the rules of playing badminton as a sports professionally, as it was my first-time to play badminton in court with rules. Eventually, by the end of 5-6 days of 1 hourly guidance given by my team mates( Rising Radiants), I learnt basic strategies & good serving, which led us to win mixed-doubles in two out of three matches, which we played and we reached semifinals. For this contribution to my team’s win, I was awarded the title of “Comeback Queen” . 🏆🏅👑👸
The final win of ASG team was very well deserved, everyone enjoyed watching them win in the finals.
Playing badminton as a sports with sportsman spirit, was something out of our nerdy professional life. Everyone was full of enthusiasm. It was so awesome & surprising to watch our senior doctors (more than 50 yrs age group ) from Jodhpur, who played so flawlessly that We were absolutely awestruck…it was inspirational indeed !!
I express my heartfelt gratitude to the coordinators Dr Amit Singhvi sir & Sangam chhabra ji along with whole organising team of IBL-2, for perfect arrangements at the court and the delicious food which was cherished by all players after having the perspiring badminton matches.
Thanks to our IMA authorities Dr sanjay Makwana sir, Dr Siddharth Lodha sir and Dr Pradeep Jain sir, their guidance have always been so encouraging for all of us.
Thankyou so much once again & congratulations Dr Amit singhvi sir & IMA team for huge success of this unforgettable event IBL-2 💐🫡🎉🎊
