HOW TO DO IT?
At the cost of over-simplification, one might say there are two aspects of yoga which help in anchoring the mind to the soul : meditation and the change of perspective. Meditation is an over-rated technique, while change of perspective is an under-estimated process.
Mediation- All system of meditation have one thing in common: they reduce the surface activity of the mind. Surface activity always be chaotic- social media. While doing meditative techniques, our mind goes on preparing shopping lists or when it's done - going back to social media. One may not realize why it's not working for one. 20 minutes of mediation can't compensate for twenty-four hours of tension and turmoil.
The best is to apply the “change of perspective” way.
Change of perspective, Eg - Stress doesn't reside in the event, it resides in the way we look at the event. The spiritual way of looking at every event in life is not pleasant or unpleasant, but as an opportunity that has been given to us for spiritual growth.
