atient’s mental state inorder to prescribe the right drug, and at times this enquiry would often lead to counselling on various issues of their lives. I often come across patients who take ill because they are unable to "Let go" or have "Fear" or at times they are unable to "Forgive", all these predominant deeper feelings eventually give birth to superficial feelings like anger, guilt, jealousy, discontentment, which hampers their confidence, their talents and take them away from their goals. At times the mental state of some patients would go far worser, when they are stuck in an unwanted or an abusive relationship or when they are brought up with hatred or complexes mostly inferiority complexes. These people would often face troubles in communication or being at peace. They usually are less cheerful or depressed. In all these analysis and understanding, I was looking for a way that would ease their sufferings and help them to "Love and Accept" themselves. Meditation and Yoga are great tools to destress and often prove to help, and I thought I should use a powerful tool like Meditation but at much deeper aspect with techniques that would help them face those situations and give them a choice to Let go and that is Clinical Hypnotherapy.
