Our mission is to help people regain an optimal quality of life by guiding them to engage actively with their own health. We empower people to make long-term lifestyle changes that help them to attain their peak health condition for life. SHARAN consists of a growing group of doctors and professionals connected by the same vision of what it means to really be healthy. Our goal is to inspire others to reconnect to their natural state of perfect, vibrant health. We have already positively impacted the lives of over a hundred thousand people in India and abroad. Thirty years ago only 5% of our adult population had diabetes, while today the number stands at more than 30%. Two out of three people with diabetes die from heart disease or stroke. Research indicates that people with diabetes may be losing between 10 to 19 years of their life. All health and disease statistics and research indicate that diabetes is the new major health challenge of this century. Contrary what you hear, there IS a cure for diabetes. SHARAN assists you in preventing and reversing diabetes by identifying the causes of the disease and using food as medicine. They have been used and tested by doctors all over the world and are becoming a part of mainstream knowledge in other countries.

A cup full of fiber, protein, and freshness 🌽πŸ₯—

These Corn Sprouts & Tomato Cups are crunchy, juicy, and so easy to make!

Ingredients

Β½ cup steamed corn kernels
1 cup sprouted whole green moong (green gram)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh green coriander
Β½ cup cashew cream
Unrefined salt to taste
8-10 large lettuce leaves to prepare rolls or cups
1 tbsp mint leaves, for the garnish

Method

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl (except the lettuce leaves and mint) and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for an hour. When serving, use lettuce leaves as cups and place a few tablespoons of the salad mixture in the centre, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
