You don't have a bad life just because you have a bad day. The fact is that we all have bad days when we wish we could hide at home and avoid the harsh world that beats us down beyond the protection of our beds. We all groan, whine, throw tantrums, and wish the day would end now.
It's okay if not every day is supposed to be a nice day. Nothing in life is intended to be flawless. Keep things in perspective at all times. When you're having a terrible day, try to recall all the nice ones you've had as well.
There are so many other benefits in your life that you must find and focus on during times of self-doubt. Sometimes the good and negative elements balance each other out, while other times one side outweighs the other. However, we must continue moving ahead. However, it's important to remember that bad things happen all the time. Then we'll be able to get back on track with the good. So don't be too hard on yourself about it.
