Who all can join?

Did you know that the lungs play a vital role in filtering out toxins from the body. To be more precise, your lungs are the largest gaseous waste removal organs of the body!
The primary waste product is carbon dioxide, a gas produced by cellular respiration.
The lungs take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide through the process of breathing.
Keep exhaling mindfully and keep letting go of the unwanted toxins 🫁

Whatever you’re doing now, stop. Take a step back, bring your attention to your breath. Now, take a deeeeeeep breath and while you exhale, imagine all that’s worrying you exiting your mind & body.

Repeat as many times as your mind wants you to☺️

Today, we’re going to focus on my favourite topic, “breath”. Our breath, often overlooked in its simplicity, holds the key to unlocking the vast reservoirs of our inner strength and resilience.

With each inhale, we draw in not just air, but the essence of vitality, possibility, and renewal. And with each exhale, we release not just carbon dioxide, but the burdens, fears, and limitations that weigh upon our souls.
