What is frequency and how does it affect us?
The relation between frequency and chakras is based on the idea that each chakra, or our energy center in the body, is associated with a specific vibrational frequency.
It is believed that by using sounds or vibrations at these frequencies, often with practices like sound therapy or meditation with singing bowls, one can influence the balance and alignment of the corresponding chakras.
Here's a brief breakdown:
Root Chakra (Muladhara)
At the base of the spine | Associated with lower frequencies | Red colour β₯οΈ | LAM
Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)
In the lower abdomen | Resonates with slightly higher frequencies | Orange Colour 𧑠| VAM
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Above the navel | its frequency in the mid-range | Yellow colour π | RAM
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Centered around the heart | Associated with harmonious and melodic tones | Green colour π | YAM
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
