H/O Fracture irt 11 since 5 years

Emax crown is given

Shade matching was a task here because no shade tabs were matching

Stains could have been better but actually stains are visible when teeth are dehydrated, so patient's acceptance was not an issue

Sharing a case of Emax crown irt 21

Whatever remaining height visible in preop was having natural palatal tooth shell and proximal walls, but to achieve healthy margin and ferrule labial side, CLP had to be done..so zenith was altered which could have been managed with pink porcelain but as lip line was low and patient was not much demanding, we went ahead with regular protocol

Hello all..

Sharing a case of aesthetic rehabilitation because of pain in 12-13 due to periapical lesions

H/O:- Joint prosthesis from first premolar to first premolar for replacement of missing 21 due to trauma

11-21-22 three unit FPD and all other seperate crowns are given

If I could have tried to manage zenith:-

(1) 12 had totally dark root stump, would have opened up it and would have to hide it anyhow, after internal bleaching I could get lighter shade but almost CDJ was there and very less remaining crown height was there below it and after that bleaching is impossible

(2) I could see there is maxillary Cant for that aggressive CLP would have been required in 11 and 21 region also, to get ovate pontic space is also cumbersome

(3) we opted for 11-21-22 FPD and other seperate crowns because if any problem arises in single tooth , whole 8 unit FPD would go for a toss like this time(12-13 had periapical lesions)
