Heel pain when you wake up in the morning?

A simple Towel Stretch can help reduce stiffness and relieve pain in your heel and foot.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Sit on your bed or floor with your legs stretched straight.
Step 2: Take a long towel and place it around the ball of your foot.
