This mother was admitted with multiple serious complications during pregnancy, making the situation extremely challenging for both mother and baby. Through timely intervention, continuous monitoring, and coordinated efforts by our dedicated medical team, we were able to navigate this difficult phase safely.

Sometimes during trial of labor certain conditions occurs that may affect baby’s or mother’s health and demands immediate delivery of baby from uterus . If cervix fully dilated an assisted immediate vaginal delivery can be done. If vaginal birth is taking time then emergency cesarean section need to be perform to assure mother’s and newborn survival. Don’t consider it a doctor’s greed for money. So get informed about all possible complications during trial of labor even before you start your trial of labor. Common reasons would be meconium stained liqour ( baby passed stool in uterus ) , fetal distress ( irregular heart rhythms due to multiple reasons), unexplained vaginal bleeding, 2 nd stage arrest ( baby’s descent arrested due to obstructing birth canal). A timely cesarean prevents complications to a certain level. Be informative, be safe. ક્યારેક લેબર ટ્રાયલ દરમિયાન એવી પરિસ્થિતિ ઊભી થઈ શકે છે જે માતા અથવા બાળકના આરોગ્ય માટે જોખમકારક બની શકે અને ગર્ભાશયમાંથી બાળકને તાત્કાલિક બહાર લાવવાની જરૂર પડે.

જો સર્વિક્સ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે ખુલ્લું હોય તો આસિસ્ટેડ ઇમિડિયેટ નોર્મલ ડિલિવરી કરી શકાય છે. પરંતુ જો નોર્મલ ડિલિવરીમાં વધુ સમય લાગી રહ્યો હોય, તો માતા અને નવજાત બાળકની સુરક્ષા માટે ઇમરજન્સી સીઝેરિયન ઓપરેશન કરવું જરૂરી બની શકે છે.

આવી સ્થિતિને ડોક્ટરની પૈસા કમાવાની લાલચ તરીકે ન જોવી. લેબર ટ્રાયલ શરૂ કરતા પહેલાં જ તેની સંભવિત જટિલતાઓ વિશે યોગ્ય �

Cervival cancer vaccine or human papilloma virus vaccine.

HPV virus is Most common reason for cervical as well as vulvo-caginal cancer in females and ge***al cancers in male.
This vaccine at proper timing and doses give effective protection from cervical cancer ranging from 70-95 % cases depending upon the age and type of vaccine taken.

3 types of vaccine
Cervarix -16,18 -2 strains coverage (~70%)

Gardacil /cervavac -6,11,16,18 - 4 strains coverage (90%)

Gardacil 9 - 9 stains coverage (>90%)

Best time 9-14 years girls - single dose gives wide protection

Between 15-25 - atleast before marraige or first sexual contact-3 doses 0,2,6 months

After 25-45 year , the effectiveness reduces as possible exposure has done , still full dose advised to prevent precancerous condition or to reduce severity.

We at Parul Nursing Home never encourage un-indicated cesarean section and we prioritise normal vaginal delivery.
Its always to choose a safe cesarean section in case of high-risk normal vaginal deliveries. As health of a mother and newborn is always a priority during perinatal period. No one accepts complications to either mother or newborn. Always choose better option rather than forcing every pregnancy to a complicated normal vaginal delivery.
