MCTS, a project of NRHM MOTHER AND CHILD TRACKING SYSTEM A project of NRHM, initiated from Kumarghat R.D Block. The Monthly weekly report send to the corresponding MOIS/DM/ADM/BDO etc.

The project is a survey with android tablet pc of all family member of entire block and upload the data to NIC's Server. Nic(Tripura) generate SMS for pregnent and mother about reminder of their checkup and vaccine dates, and also same time inform by SMS to related MPW/AWW health worker to followup the same. After taken the vaccine or treatment the data update at NIC's server by MCTS project offic

e at related PHC. The main moto of this project to reduce child death and improve mother and child health.
