It is currently one of the leading eye hospitals in Andhra Pradesh. The Hospital is situated in its own 5 storied, 20,000 square feet, aesthetic new building at Bhanugudi Junction, the heart of KAKINADA city. Its location is within walking distance from KAKINADA railway station and KAKINADA bus station and is very easily accessible. NAYANA EYE CARE is a state of the art modern eye hospital fully equipped with latest imported equipment including PHACO-EMULSIFICATION and LASER services and is established and managed by DR.SRIRAM C.RAVULA, Medical Director and Chairman of the hospital. His services are available to the hospital round the clock. DR.RAVULA is one of the most experienced eye surgeon in the city and is one of the highly respected ophthalmologists in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He is among the first few eye surgeons in India to perform suture-less small incision cataract surgery. Dr. RAVULA is also the Director of Drishti Excimer Laser center and performs laser surgeries to correct myopia. At present there are three other highly experienced consultant eye surgeons in our hospital to offer quick and quality eye treatment to our patients and the hospital has visiting surgeons on its panel to take care of sub-specialty cases like Retina and Strabismus and Paediatric Ophthalmology. Nayana Eye Care is recognized by A.P.STATE GOVERNMENT to provide Ophthalmology services to its employees and pensioners. .It is also recognized by JNTU, SPECTRUM POWER GENERATION Ltd. and many other local industrial organizations. It is also empanelled by many insurance companies and TPAs. It is recognized to conduct initial and periodical medical check ups of some local industries.
