🌸 DAY 3 – EYE LIFT & DARK CIRCLES
Purpose: Reduce eye strain, puffiness & tired eyes

🔹 Step-by-Step Practice:

1. Fast–Slow Blinking
Blink fast for 10 seconds
Close eyes & relax 10 seconds
Repeat 3 rounds
2. Eye Rotation
Look up → right → down → left (circle)
5 rounds clockwise & anticlockwise
3. Palming
Rub palms & cover eyes gently
No pressure on eyeballs
Relax for 30 seconds

✔️ Benefit: Bright eyes, reduced dark circles, calm mind

DAY 2 – JAWLINE & DOUBLE CHIN
Purpose: Tone jaw muscles, reduce sagging & double chin
🔹 Step-by-Step Practice:
1. Lion Pose (Simha Mudra)
Sit comfortably
Inhale deeply
Exhale → open mouth wide, stretch tongue out, eyes open
Hold 3 seconds
Repeat 5 times

2. Jaw Resistance Stretch
Place fist under chin
Open mouth slowly against resistance
Hold 5 seconds
Repeat 8–10 times

3. Chin Lift Hold
Tilt head slightly back
Look upward
Stretch lower jaw forward
Hold 10 seconds × 3 rounds

DAY 1 – WAKE-UP FACE GLOW
Purpose: Improve blood circulation, remove dullness, energise facial muscles

🔹 Step-by-Step Practice:
1. Palm Activation
Rub both palms together till warm
Gently place palms over face
Take 3 deep breaths

2. Face Tapping
Tap gently using fingertips
Start from forehead → cheeks → jaw → chin
Pressure should be light, not harsh
Continue for 30–40 seconds

3. Neck Lift Strokes
Use upward strokes from collarbone to chin
Repeat 10–15 times
