Every patient deserves to know what is going on in their mouth and further what is going to happen if they do not address and treat those problems.

βœ–οΈAssume A Patient doesn't care , understand or want treatment.

As a Dentist, you should consider unethical to make any of the assumptions. It is your job to inform every patient of health issues you see and the implications of not treating them. It is up to the patient whether they want to proceed with treatment not you.
